If we, CR Languages, could give titles of honor due to the exercise of perfect politeness, we would call William, ‘Sir Guillermo’.
Sir Guillermo has been taking classes for a long time and although he is a perfectionist and thinks his Spanish is not good enough, he has learned a lot.
But the pleasure of this class is not just because Sir Guillermo is polite and almost never misses a class. I believe (and please don’t tell him) he shouldn’t even pay for Spanish classes since I have learned more from him about life, business, politics, and the economy than ever.
I have met such extraordinary people while teaching. Everybody, and I mean everybody, has something to teach, and it’s incredible to meet people like William that have so much to share.
William, it’s been a pleasure!
