CR Languages Donates to Ada County Shop with a Sherrif Program

First Donation Made From Project: Feed a Brain

As part of Project: Feed a Brain, CR Languages has made its first donation to the Shop with a Sherif Program through the Ada County Sheriff Employees Association. The $100 donation was made with proceeds from Project: Feed a Brain tote bags. For each bag sold, $5 is donated to a cause that supports underprivileged children and education. The Back to School shopping event will take place at the Walmart on 10 Mile Road in Meridian. The exact day and time are yet to be determined.

Through the program, Employees from the Ada County Sheriff go shopping with youth to purchase school supplies like backpacks, classroom essentials, and anything needed to help these children be successful at school. The experience also provides positive interaction between youth and law enforcement.

Education is fundamental for children to improve their lives, regardless of their circumstances. Unfortunately, not all children have the same resources. In the current situation, where children are spending more time at home and less time in the supportive community school provides, help is more important than ever.

CR Languages has also donated to this program in the past, though this is the first donation with proceeds from Project: Feed a Brain.

We hope that this humble donation will help at least one child feel good about learning, and we want to thank all of those that have purchased a Feed a Brain tote so far.
