CR Languagesコミュニティへようこそ！ We are so glad to have you studying with us.
To ensure a smooth, organized, and fair experience for our entire community, we have established the operational policies outlined below. While we understand that everyone faces unique personal circumstances, maintaining consistency across these guidelines is essential to running our programs effectively. Because of this, our policies are applied equally to all students without exception.
We ask that you review these guidelines carefully. If you feel our program’s policies do not align with your expectations or needs, we completely understand and encourage you to explore learning environments that better suit your preferences.

Our mission is to empower people to see the world from a different perspective in order to enrich their lives, appreciate and sympathize with other cultures, and further the benefits of diversity in the world. We accomplish this through effective language training, challenging our students to think in different ways, and facilitating cross-cultural interaction.

方針
- Attendance: Students are expected to miss no more than 4 of the 16 scheduled classes. Students who miss more than two classes in a row or more than four classes total will be required to schedule and pay for make-up lessons to maintain their enrollment. Being late or leaving early more than four times may also count as an absence. Make-up classes must be scheduled and prepaid at least one week in advance.

- 配布資料： 教師が配布資料や追加の演習問題を配布した場合、あなたが授業を欠席しても、教師はあなたのためにコピーを保管したりメールで送ったりする義務はありません。ただし、他の学生にコピーを譲ってもらうことは可能です。.
- リモート接続: In-person students can request to attend a class remotely. You must send an email to [email protected] at least 24 hours before the class to request this. If you request to join remotely the day of the class, it is very likely that you won’t be able to join. Please note that the necessary A/V equipment is limited, so it may not always be possible. If the day you connect remotely is a quiz day, you will not be able to take the quiz.

- Adjustments for Small Class Sizes: For smaller groups (2 students), students will not be taking quizzes or having a written final exam. On the last day of class (week 16), the teacher will go through the materials and ask questions orally; then, the teacher will make a recommendation to Administration on whether the student can pass to the next level or not. Administration will contact the students by email.

Non-flexible Private and Custom Classes
- 授業料支払い： Non-flexible classes are online only and are invoiced every 4 weeks, in advance. Payment is due before the first class of each billing cycle. If you cancel before the first class of a billing cycle, you receive a full refund for that cycle. Once the cycle’s first class has taken place, that cycle is not refundable. You will not be charged for classes that fall on a holiday.
- 授業を欠席する： If you know that you are going to miss a class, please let us know by sending an email to [email protected], so that the teacher is not waiting for you. Missed classes count as absences and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
- Classes Canceled by CR Languages: If we or your teacher cancel a class, we’ll offer you a makeup class. If a makeup can’t be arranged, you won’t be charged for that class.
- Makeup Classes: Makeup classes must be taken within three months and before your last paid class. They can’t be at the same day and time as your regular class, you can have only one per week, and they can’t be booked more than two weeks in advance. Time slots we offer are not reserved until you confirm, and they are offered to other students as well. Once a makeup class is confirmed, it cannot be rescheduled or canceled. Your makeup teacher may not be your regular teacher, so come with specific goals in mind (topics you’d like to practice, learn, or have re-explained).
- Teachers: If your regular teacher is unavailable, another teacher may cover your class.
- Vacation Pause: Once a year, you may pause your classes for up to two weeks. Just let us know in advance at [email protected]. For longer absences, please withdraw and re-enroll when you return.
- 授業の退講： Let us know by email, phone, or in person. If you give at least 30 days’ notice before your last class, your sign-up deposit pays for your final billing cycle. Without notice, up to $500 of it is non-refundable and anything above $500 is refunded. If you miss two weeks of classes without contacting us, we will withdraw you and stop billing, and any cycle that hasn’t started is refunded in full.
- クラス移動： Classes must be consecutive and are not transferable to another person, another language, or another type of class.
Flexible Private and Custom Classes
- 授業料支払い： Flexible classes are available in person or online and are invoiced every 4 weeks, in advance. Payment is due before the first class of each billing cycle. If you cancel before the first class of a billing cycle, you receive a full refund for that cycle. Once the cycle’s first class has taken place, that cycle is not refundable. You will not be charged for classes that fall on a holiday.
- Cancelling and Rescheduling: Flexible classes allow you to reschedule one class per billing cycle if the class is cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice. The cancellation notice must be received during regular business hours. Please send an email to [email protected] to cancel a lesson. Instructors are not responsible for scheduling and billing, so you must direct questions and cancellation notices via email to [email protected]. Other missed classes count as absences and cannot be refunded.
- Classes Canceled by CR Languages: If we or your teacher cancel a class, we’ll offer you a makeup class. If a makeup can’t be arranged, you won’t be charged for that class.

コミュニケーションと学生ポータル

Student Conduct
CR Languages is committed to providing a respectful, safe, and inclusive learning environment for all students and staff. To maintain this environment, we expect all participants to conduct themselves with professionalism and courtesy.
Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Disruptive behavior that interferes with the learning process or school operations.
- Rudeness, verbal abuse, or harassment directed toward staff, instructors, or other students.
- Any form of unwanted or inappropriate advances, whether physical, verbal, or digital.
講師
- 教師連絡先： 教員は学生に個人の連絡先情報を提供してはなりません。この方針を遵守し、教員との連絡はすべて学生ポータルをご利用ください。.
- 講師の変更： 講師の変更が必要となる場合があります。これは個人レッスンとグループレッスンの両方で発生する可能性があります。その理由は、講師の個人的な事情やスケジュールの都合による場合がほとんどです。新しい講師とのレッスンは貴重な機会だと考えております。異なるアクセントや指導方法に触れることで、実際の言語使用に備えることができるからです。.
- 苦情： 教師に関する建設的なご意見をお待ちしております。教師が適切でないとお感じの場合は、メールまたは当サイトのお問い合わせフォームよりお知らせください。ただし、ネガティブなフィードバックをいただく前に、学習不足など個人的な問題ではないかご検討いただければ幸いです。.
