When people think about starting a business, they often think about passion, independence, and, of course, making a living. And yes, those things matter. They were part of our vision too. But behind all of that, there has always been something deeper driving us: a genuine desire to connect people.
Because at the end of the day, what truly stays with us is not just the results we achieve, but the relationships we build along the way.
Working with people from different cultures is one of the most enriching—and at times challenging—experiences. At first, it can feel like we are worlds apart. Different languages, different ways of communicating, different expectations. Misunderstandings happen. Things don’t always flow easily. It requires patience, openness, and a willingness to step outside of what feels familiar.
But that’s exactly where the magic happens.
When you start working closely with someone from another culture, something shifts. You begin to see the world through a wider lens. You realize that the way you’ve always done things is not the only way—it’s just one way. This expansion of perspective is powerful. It challenges assumptions and encourages growth in a way that few other experiences can.

And then there’s creativity.

Today, when we look at our community—teachers and students from different parts of the world—we see more than just a business. We see a network of people coming together, learning from each other, and building bridges across cultures every single day.
